Kristen Jones joins iControl to head Revenue Strategy & Operations

iControl welcomes a new executive to lead Revenue Strategy & Operations in Kristen Jones.

Kristen has helped scale-up dozens of companies to reach strategic success. She has led revenue strategy for companies in the fields of software, electronics, banking, nutraceuticals, and real estate. In her capacity as the Chief Revenue Officer, Executive Director of Strategy & Operations, and/or Sales Enablement Leader of both private and publicly traded companies, Kristen has designed and implemented strategic growth plans to lead emerging organizations from organic growth to strategic growth.

Kristen began her career in Silicon Valley working with hardware technology companies and eventually landed in Boulder, Colorado building strategic revenue teams for emerging software organizations. She has a proven record of balancing strategy and execution while remaining innovative and agile through hyper-growth phases.

David Shumanis, who worked with Kristen at the cloud infrastructure company SolidFire, calls her "Intelligent, committed and personable," adding that she brings the capabilities to "empower a sales organization from the ground-up. The foundation for every successful sales organization is a cohesive sales enablement plan. Such plans include: CRM, Demand Generation, Compensation, Analytics and more. Kristen Jones has deep skills in these areas and was instrumental in building SolidFire's sales enablement strategy."

Kristen will work very closely with Matt Gutermuth along with other members of iControl's senior leadership team. She will report directly to Tal J. Zlotnitsky, the company's CEO.
