David Bryant, Acosta Vice President, former GE Executive, Joins iControl Board of Directors

BURTONSVILLE, MD, March 16, 2015 – iControl Data Solutions, a leading SaaS provider of tech-enabled process improvement, payment automation and business intelligence solutions to food, drug and convenience retailers and their supply chain partners, has announced the addition of David Bryant to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Mr. Bryant is a Vice President with Acosta Sales & Marketing, a Carlyle-owned company. He specializes in growth strategies, M&A and operational improvements to accelerate growth and value for private equity-owned companies and global corporations.

Previously, Mr. Bryant served as a General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer with GE and has held senior leadership roles Electrolux and Williams Communications. He began his career in consulting and investment banking with Bain & Company and Citibank. As an entrepreneur, he has successfully raised funds and led multiple startups and turnaround ventures for venture capital and private equity investors.
