BURTONSVILLE, MD, February 7, 2015 – iControl Data Solutions, a leading SaaS provider of Data Exchange and financial transaction facilitation, as well as Retail Analytics and Business Intelligence geared primarily to food, drug and convenience retailers and its supply chain, has announced the addition of Jay Price and Steven Lubin to its Board of Directors, effective February 10, 2015.

Price recently departed from Dean Foods, where his last position was Vice President of Sales, Away From Home – Food Service, where he had also been Vice President in Dean’s White Wave Foods Company. Prior to Dean, Mr. Price spent 21 years at Kraft Foods, where he held numerous, senior Sales, Customer Marketing and Strategy roles, to include Vice President of Strategic channels, Vice President of Global Sales Strategy and Vice President in Kraft’s Asia Pacific Region.

Lubin, who is currently president of Steven Lubin Enterprises, a consulting practice, retired as Vice President in 2013 from Walgreens, where he held several senior executive positions over a distinguished 43-year career.

“I worked with Jay in multiple capacities while we were both at Kraft’s Nabisco Foods,” said Billy Henry, Former CEO and Chairman of the Board at Lucky County Inc. and Senior Sales and Marketing leader at Nabisco Foods. “Jay is the best sales leader that I’ve encountered during my 29-year consumer products career. He creates and environment of passion, integrity and accountability.”

“Steve is one of the premier merchandisers that I encountered in my 30+ sales career,” said Ed Hockfield, Founder and CEO of Hockfield & Associates, speaking of his experience working with Steve Lubin. “He could envision opportunities and probabilities while others would be shaking their heads ‘no’.”

“I am very excited to join the iControl Board of Directors because I believe in the company and the solution,” said Price. “iControl provides the technology, know-how, infrastructure, and resources to help retailers and consumer product companies become quicker, smarter, and faster. The iControl suite of services offers exceptional solutions to automate data exchange, to streamline payments and reconciliation, and offer unique insights that can add significant category development opportunities.”

“It’s my pleasure to join the iControl Board of Directors and be part of a Company that has real solutions for Suppliers and Retailers,” said Lubin. “iControl offers remedies that solve pain points most organizations deal with on a daily basis. Whether it is DSD deliveries, scan based trading, data exchange or retail analytics, iControl is a difference maker, and I look forward to taking part in making a difference.”

“We are fortunate and delighted to add two wonderful individuals with such a breadth of experience, energy and aptitude to our board of directors,” said iControl’s Chairman and CEO, Tal J. Zlotnitsky. “Jay and Steve will fit it wonderfully with our other directors to continue to guide our company to greater and greater heights.”
