Former Dean, Kraft Senior Exec Jay Price, Former Walgreens VP Steve Lubin Join iControl Board

BURTONSVILLE, MD, February 7, 2015 – iControl Data Solutions, a leading SaaS provider of Data Exchange and financial transaction facilitation, as well as Retail Analytics and Business Intelligence geared primarily to food, drug and convenience retailers and its supply chain, has announced the addition of Jay Price and Steven Lubin to its Board of Directors, effective February 10, 2015.

Price recently departed from Dean Foods, where his last position was Vice President of Sales, Away From Home – Food Service, where he had also been Vice President in Dean’s White Wave Foods Company. Prior to Dean, Mr. Price spent 21 years at Kraft Foods, where he held numerous, senior Sales, Customer Marketing and Strategy roles, to include Vice President of Strategic channels, Vice President of Global Sales Strategy and Vice President in Kraft’s Asia Pacific Region.

Lubin, who is currently president of Steven Lubin Enterprises, a consulting practice, retired as Vice President in 2013 from Walgreens, where he held several senior executive positions over a distinguished 43-year career.
